현재 제공된 사업자명·대표자·사업장 주소는 사업자 정보 페이지에 반영되어 있습니다. 새 사업자로 판매를 시작하는 경우 새 사업자등록증과 동일하게 교체하고, 통신판매업 신고번호·실제 배송업체·Supabase 프로젝트 처리 지역도 판매 시작 전에 확정해 이 방침을 갱신해야 합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보와 이용 목적

HEEA는 결제 카드번호 전체나 비밀번호 원문을 직접 저장하지 않습니다. 결제 정보는 결제대행사가, 비밀번호 인증 정보는 Supabase Auth가 처리합니다.
2. 수집 방법과 법적 근거
- 회원가입·파트너 신청·주문서에서 이용자가 직접 입력
- 카카오·네이버·구글 SNS 계정 인증 후 이용자가 제공에 동의한 정보 수신
- 서비스 이용 과정에서 보안·접속 정보 자동 생성
회원가입 정보는 이용자의 명시적 동의를 근거로 처리하며, 주문 이행에 필요한 정보는 계약 체결·이행과 법령상 의무 준수를 위해 처리합니다.

회원 탈퇴 후 회원계정과 거래기록의 연결은 해제합니다. 주문·결제·배송 등 법령상 보존해야 하는 최소 거래정보는 해당 기간 동안만 보관하고, 기간이 끝나면 안전하게 파기합니다.
4. SNS 계정 연결
로그인한 회원이 MY HEEA에서 카카오·네이버·구글을 추가 연결하면 새 회원을 만들지 않고 기존 HEEA 회원번호에 연결합니다. 따라서 회원정보·장바구니·구매내역은 하나로 유지됩니다. 같은 SNS 식별자가 이미 다른 회원에 연결된 경우 계정 보호를 위해 연결과 자동 병합을 차단합니다.

국외 처리 또는 이전이 발생하는 서비스의 이전 국가·시점·방법·보유기간은 실제 계약과 선택한 서버 지역을 확인한 뒤 판매 시작 전에 별도 표로 확정 고지합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 일반 회원은 MY HEEA에서 직접 회원 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 기타 요청은 아래 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 거래 기록은 해당 기간 동안 삭제가 제한될 수 있습니다.
7. 파기 절차와 방법
보유기간이 끝나거나 목적이 달성된 정보는 복구하기 어려운 방법으로 전자파일을 삭제합니다. 종이 문서가 있는 경우 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 회원별 접근권한과 서버 전용 비밀키 분리
- 전송구간 암호화(HTTPS)와 인증 토큰 검증
- 관리자 권한 최소화, B2B 문서 비공개 저장
- SNS 연결 시 기존 로그인 확인 및 중복 식별자 차단
9. 쿠키와 로컬 저장소
로그인 세션, 언어 설정, 장바구니를 유지하기 위해 브라우저 저장소 또는 쿠키를 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 삭제할 수 있으나 로그인 유지와 장바구니 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
10. 만 14세 미만 아동
HEEA 온라인 회원 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보를 법정대리인 동의 없이 수집한 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

Items to finalize before launch
The currently supplied business name, representative and address appear on the Business Information page. If sales begin under a new business, replace them so they exactly match the new registration, and finalize the mail-order registration number, carrier and actual Supabase processing region before launch.

HEEA does not directly store full card numbers or plaintext passwords. Payment credentials are handled by Toss Payments and authentication credentials by Supabase Auth.
2. Collection and legal basis
Data is provided through sign-up, partner applications and checkout; received from a social provider after authorization; or generated during service use. Membership data is processed with consent, while order data is processed to perform the contract and meet legal duties.

On withdrawal, the member account is detached from transaction records. The minimum order, payment and delivery information required by law is kept only for the statutory period and then securely deleted.
4. Social identity linking
Connecting Kakao, Naver or Google from MY HEEA adds that sign-in method to the existing HEEA member ID rather than creating another member. If an identity already belongs to another HEEA member, linking and automatic merging are blocked for security.
5. Processors and services
Supabase provides authentication, database and private B2B storage; Netlify hosts the site and server functions; Toss Payments processes payments; Kakao, Naver and Google provide social authentication; and a carrier will deliver orders. Cross-border details will be finalized from the actual contracts and selected regions before sales begin.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. Members can withdraw directly in MY HEEA. Statutory transaction records may remain restricted from deletion for the required period.
7. Deletion and security
Expired data is deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery. HEEA uses HTTPS, token validation, least-privilege access, private document storage, and duplicate-identity blocking.
8. Browser storage
Browser storage or cookies keep sessions, language settings and the shopping bag. Removing them may limit those features.
9. Children
Online membership is available only to people aged 14 or older. Data found to have been collected from a child under 14 without guardian consent will be deleted promptly.
